The warm summer weather brings tons of pleasant associations: beaches, vacations, barbecues… we can’t help you with the beaches and vacations, but with barbecues, we can! More specifically, we’ll be having a barbecue here at FEB on Tuesday July 20th. Since the 21st is a holiday, you’ll have plenty of time to recover from your meat overdose.

Location: The patio in front of the Huis ‘t Sestich building, next to the Chapel. Registration, salads and drinks are in the Chapel.
Date and time: Tuesday July 20th, starting at 6pm.
Registration: Please register by
1. sending an e-mail to phdac.social@gmail.com mentioning whether you want meat or the vegetarian option (vegetables and quorn)
2. transferring €13 to the PhD Academy account (IBAN BE92 7350 2637 7823) with the message 'FEB BBQ + your name'.
Your registration is only complete when we receive your payment. The deadline for registration is July 13th. The money must be on the account by then, so be sure to make the transfer a few days in advance. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we receive your transfer. For reasons of capacity, the number of registrations is limited to 100 persons (ordered by time of e-mail registration).
